NoMa Duo - Boiseries series
The NoMa Duo is the result of the artistic encounter between Noémy Braun (Suisse) on the cello and Marlène Demers-Lemay (Quebec) on the classical guitar. They perform a selection of the most beautiful pieces written for their instrumental combination starting from the XXth century until today, carrying you from Spain to South America, through the Balkans and Italy. NoMa is the musical chemistry of two partners and friends as well as the warm sounds of two complementary instruments. Both musicians met during their studies in Switzerland in 2013 and since then promote the unique repertoire for cello and guitar.
Location: La Salle des boiseries is situated in room J-2805 (2nd floor) under the bell tower on St-Denis street (between Maisonneuve and Ste-Catherine) Berry metro station. It can be accessed through the great hall of the Judith-Jasmin Pavillion
